Sensor is not reset/smoke & fire detector

My Fire Detector is showing the following:
Ok (Sensor is Not Reset) Smoke/Heat Smoke/Heat

I’ve armed/disarmed the system several times and the status is not clearing. Can you help?

I’m not seeing this condition anywhere on your account, can you confirm where you are seeing it or post a screenshot?

There was a bug with GC3 panels and the old ADC devices page where this message would show for smoke detectors. The message and the “Reset” instruction are not relevant to the GC3 panel at all, it is relevant to certain wired panels.

I’ve sent a command to the system that should resolve it. Let me know if you still see it after a short time and where.

It was showing on my “Sensors” page in the web interface.
