Hello , I have looked and researched online and in Reddit forums , but can’t seem to find a solid answer lol . Can SONITROL audio/ glass break sensors be repurposed and reused on the iq pro panel? as zone glass break sensors , the Reddit forum mentions something about the led on sensor will just be lit 24/7 but not sensing unless armed I just would like to know if I can do a panel swap since these are already hardwired In

To confirm, they are hardwired glassbreaks, correct?
They should work. As long as they are 12VDC and have a normally closed or normally open circuit. If you have an existing system, they most likely do meet those requirements. Do you have a specific model so I can look more into this?
I tried finding the manual online but wasn’t able to find it. Based of what I read in their website, it looks like it has a microphone so operators can hear into the location and see if there is a break in happening. The IQ Pro would not be compatible with that. Based off the picture, it looks like it is 12VDC which can be powered from the panel. It would mostly depend on if the device has normally open/normally closed outputs for when the glassbreak is triggered.
