I am closing on my home and turning the property over to the new owners on Friday. What is the best way to transition the alarm system to the new owners?
Also I am going to setup a new GC3 at my new home this weekend. Can I add it to this account or should i create a new account?

Alarm.com accounts are not transferable between owners, so if you are moving and not taking the existing panel with you, you can schedule your account for cancellation via your account Dashboard > Alarm Subscriptions.
New owners can then purchase their desired service level and get started with a new Alarm.com account using the existing equipment. A similar thread can be found here.

For your new service you can use this same suretyDIY website account and purchase your new service plan for the new system. In your order survey you will be able to provide all the new details for the new address. If your billing address has changed you can update this during the purchase.
