Hey guys question thinking about going with u all under self monitoring for awhile is there a chance if do that that u all can enable voice notifications alarm on ur alls end so that I can use the automatic voice call that alarm.com provides
We do not offer the ADC voice notifications (robo call alarm notifications) at this time, but I am happy to bring this up as a request.
That feature was actually on the chopping block at Alarm.com and support was slated to end in November 2023, but was reversed at the last minute.

Now another question if say we choose to go pro monitoring route can we opt in to u all ignore a Co Detector zone as we have family on fire department who can come check levels without dispatch but would like have it programmed in the system to just send a text only but monitoring center ignore
This would generally be handled at the panel level and controlled by you. For safety reasons I do not recommend having CO alarms ignored, and monitoring operators cannot disregard them unless they are on test mode. Functionally you could put that zone on a long test mode.
Local programming options would depend on the panel model you are using.
Some panels like 2GIG GC2 allow sensor programming to turn off reporting to the monitoring station on a sensor by sensor basis. Sensor Reports would need to be turned off for that zone programming. It could still locally sound the alarm siren when tripped but not report.
We would be using IQ
There is no way to select a no response type in sensor programming for a CO detector on a Qolsys IQ Panel. A CO detector can only be programmed as group 34 and would report to the monitoring station.
