Second 2GIG GC3 Panel

I just ordered and installed a second 2GIG GC3 panel for a rental property I own. Using the panels, I swapped some sensors from one system to the other (each tenant is renting one half of the property). What else do I need to do update Alarm.com?

I see both alarm subscriptions when logged into SuretyDIY; but I only see my original account when logging into Alarm.com. I see that I can link the two Alarm.com accounts, but I don’t remember seeing a login for the new account in any of my emails. Can I please get the login information for the new account emailed to me?

If I link the two accounts (so I can manage them easier) will I be able to provide the two tenants with access to the alarm.com app without them being able to arm/disarm the other account?

Each Alarm.com account must have its own primary login. If you ordered service for a second location with suretyDIY, your initial credentials will be in an email titled Welcome to suretyDIY.

Should you be unable to locate the email, please let our customer service team know at customerservice@suretyDIY.com and they would be happy to resend.

If you link the two accounts via multi-system access, the login that you linked the second system to would have access to both systems under the app, if that is the goal.

You can then create additional logins under the profile tab in Alarm.com with custom access to features. See this video for instructions. These logins would only have access to the system they are set up in, unless multi-system access is also set up for them.
