I need some help troubleshooting some strange behavior today with a Schlage Zwave lock controlled by my system. A worker who’s code has been working normally attempted to enter through the door using their code and failed, eventually generating a “lock tampered error.” A few minutes later, after calling us, they returned and were able to gain access, but the entry event does not appear in the system log. A few minutes later, the worker exited and attempted to enter again, but again their code failed and the lock generated a tamper error.
I have confirmed that other codes are functioning normally, but I am having a hard time figuring out what is going on with this particular user’s code.
