I have added 3 new Schlage ZWave locks to my Qolsys panel. I am unable to access/view/edit any codes that are added manually to the lock itself. I know the data is available via Z-Wave as it is editable vie the Nexia system. But in Alarm.com it does not show these manually set codes in the locks. Any ideas how to solve this?
I doubt that Qolsys will read codes that were manually programmed into the lock. I’d have to check with Qolsys to be sure. I know 2GIG won’t and I would assume the same from Qolsys.
Alarm.com works best when you manage user codes through Alarm.com, not through the control panel or the locks directly. I recommend programming all your user codes through Alarm.com.
