Is it possible to get this door lock to arm / disarm the Qolsys? I was able to pair the lock with the panel successfully. I can send lock / unlock commands from Alarm.com no problem, but have never been able to get the lock to send notifications when a user unlocks the door, or to successfully disarm the panel.
There was a similar issue on 2GIG panels regarding this Schlage model which was resolved in subsequent firmware. I would recommend updating the firmware on your IQ panel to 1.6. Any change? You may need to remove and re-learn the lock.
