Hi, there was a miscommunication with the company that just installed our new door and we got a Schlage BE497AA smart lock for the door. I wanted to see if there was away to get it talking to our Alarm Panel (Qolsys IQ Panel 2+ (319.5MHz Verizon). I didn’t want to waste money buying adapters if they wouldn’t work in the end.

The compatible Schlage models with Alarm.com services are the Z-wave models BE468ZP and BE469ZP. (Only those made after December 2019 are officially supported)

The BE479AA looks like it uses the Smart Sense wifi adapter, this is not compatible with Alarm.com.
