A new backup can be run so long as the panel is connected to Alarm.com and communicating. I am showing that the Hub has already been connected to Alarm.com so no backup exists. As such, devices would need to be programmed manually. If the old panel still communicates, you can reconnect to it Alarm.com and a backup can be run.
