I have two brand new Qolsys IQ DW Micro-S S-Line QS1132-840 319.5 MhZ sensors but neither is working. I registered these on my IQ4 panel by scanning the QR code but they don’t create a chirp on the panel when opened or tempered. Batteries are tested good.
How do I troubleshoot these before sending them back to the seller?
Is this for Master Bedroom Window and Master Bedroom Door?
I do see the master bedroom window showing that it has communicated with the panel. If you test it, does it show open on the panel?
As for the other one, you may need to delete it and learn it in with auto learn. To delete, swipe down > Settings > Advance Settings > Installer/Dealer code > Installation > Devices > Security Devices > Delete Sensor > Select the one that is not working and press delete
Then arrow back to the security sensors > select auto learn sensor > tamper the sensor - you will see devices that are on the panel but the panel is listening and the screen will show after the panel sees a new sensor.
