Here is a link to the compatibility guide for Chamberlain Universal Hub.
I have not heard of a Ryobi being compatible, so I am not sure if that is really accurate.
We can look into it though. Selecting the individual manufacturer from the list is important because the hub needs to match the correct frequency of the overhead rf receiver. You might be able to manually program if Ryobi uses the same frequency as one of the main brands listed.
Is there a frequency listed on your overhead unit? Or in the manual? (I’m not finding it in the manual myself for the GD200)
You stated "I have not heard of a Ryobi being compatible, so I am not sure if that is really accurate.’ So I have emailed my chat with Chamberlain. They stated to contact alarm.com and I expected a more customer friendly response. Is there any way to update your list to include the Ryobi product? I will continue to try to find what frequency this product is on to try other vender profile. Any help would be nice.
The initial Chamberlain support rep I spoke to simply stated all garage doors are compatible (which is wildly incorrect) but when transferred to 2nd tier support, they indicated that there is no support for the Ryobi product. (It makes sense as it is a brand new product, which I have been told uses its own proprietary RF, may or may not be correct)
No documentation even exists for Chamberlain mentioning Ryobi, so the chat representative you spoke to looks to have been mistaken.
The GD200 Ryobi opener in fact uses its own App, separate from MyQ and Ryobi support immediately stated that it is not compatible with MyQ. They said the only third party compatibility for the GD200 at the current time was Homelink.
A more comprehensive list of compatible overhead units can be found here.

Ultimately, Alarm.com could not add Ryobi as an option as it is not supported by the product itself at the current time.
Yes the GD00Z is generally compatible with most openers but is not compatible with all panels. Should be fine if the GD00Z works with your panel/firmware.
