I recently established a MyQ garage door setup, and I’ve been unable to establish rules for them, given that the rules tab is not available within my user interface anywhere on alarm.com. Can you help me better understand how I’d do that?
The rules tab would be located under “Empower”
Are you using the primary login for the account or a secondary login? It is possible a secondary login was not given access to these features.
