Alarm just went off when our cleaner was there. She swears she didn’t arm it. Is there a way to see logs of when it was armed and by what panel?
To review when the panel was armed you’ll want to go into Alarm.com and visit the History tab.
In this case we can see that the panel was armed about 7 minutes before the alarm signal. Any instance in history not accompanied by “[Mobile] Command” or “[Web] Command” are instances of local system control. If the panel is programmed not to require codes for arming you wouldn’t be able to tell who armed it from the logs, but it was indeed armed on site.
