I have a Linear go control garage controller connected to my system that has been working flawlessly.
Yesterday we had a brief power loss to the home, after which the ADC app doesn’t seem to show the correct status of the garage door, and does not open or close the door when commanded to do so.
The garage door status is correct (and follows commands) on the panel and ADC web interface. It’s just the app that is problematic.
Not sure if this is related, but yesterday I also updated the firm ware to 2.7.
EDIT this update seems to have broken my zwave light automation rules too. Do they need to be rebuilt?

A panel update would not affect the ADC app, but not the website.
If the only place where you are seeing an issue is the App, first reboot your phone, then reboot the router. Try again sending commands from the phone. If it fails, disconnect the phone from wifi and try again. Does it still fail?

It is possible a panel update might affect automation rules. Try deleting and recreating the rule, does the rule function after?
I was mistaken. The ADC website mirrors the behavior of the ADC app on my phone.
No change to the behavior of the app or website after a phone reboot and router reboot. AFter the reboot I am able to send one command to the garage door that works. but the status of the door does not update and i get an error message that says your command could not be verified.
I also rebuilt the light rules. They still do not work.
Alright, I will reach out to Qolsys and ADC and I will follow up here when we get word. We are already discussing a potentially related case regarding the latest version and other Z-wave devices.
Looking at your system on Alarm.com, it looks like the panel had not successfully reported the new version actually. In ADC it was still reporting 2.6.1 as the version of the panel firmware.
I sent a few troubleshooting commands to the system and it looks like that has now synced, and it triggered a large number of additional sync commands and uploads from the system.
Can you try deleting and reinstalling the Z-wave devices one more time, then recreating those rules and test?
