Alarm.com reported an issue impacting some cameras where recording clip uploads appear to take place but are not actually uploaded to the Alarm.com cloud.
This issue was resolved shortly following the discovery. Previously impacted cameras are expected to upload new clips. ADC is continuing to monitor and address the underlying cause.
