Any suggestions how to get the Resolution NanoMax door sensor to work on my back door using Qolsys alarm? Probably works about 20% of the time. I have deleted and re-added with same results. Thanks.
When you say works 20% of the time, do you mean it only reports open roughly that often?
Can you take a photo of the sensor as it is currently installed and attach?
Is your back door a metal one by chance?
It is metal, at least partially.
Correct, only reports approx 20% of the time.
Also, I have had 2gig, Interlogix sensors on those doors with never an issue.
If you remove the sensor from the door and hold it within a couple inches of where it was mounted and use the magnet to open and close the switch, does it act the same way?
