This is all I can get from the panel when I use the Master code?

Ok so it’s a Qolsys IQ Panel 2. First try the default codes in case they haven’t been changed.

My PRIMARY reason for trying to establish a factory reset was to allow me to get back to the 1111 and 2222 default codes due to the prior owner of this four year old home I purchased not leaving the changes he made to those codes. I could do little in the way of manipulating the usefulness of the Qoisys 2 system left me. Hopefully, Surety can help me work through this dilemma?

Oh that makes it tougher. I don’t think you can factory reset it in a way that will reset the codes. If you can get it connected to an Alarm.com account then you can reset the user and installer codes through Alarm.com but I’m told it’s hit or miss whether you can get it connected without knowing the codes in the first place.

Further, I am told through my accounts with Surety/Alarm.com that they can reset dealer and installer codes to allow me to establish my Qoisys system back to FULL functionality.,Who and how do I address a source that will correct this issue? Simply put!!

If you have your panel connected to an active subscription with Surety (looks like you do) you can reset your installer and dealer codes remotely to unique codes of your choosing in our system manager tools here.

The Reset Dealer and Reset Installer code options will be on the main My System tab as soon as you login to the system manager.
