Hi, I need to replace my barrel connector power cord for my IQ Panel 4 and need help understand what I need to purchase. Do you sell a replacement cable or do I need to purchase the AC Adapter plug that includes the cable. Can you please please confirm the part number that I would need to purchase. Never use an alternate power supply.
Typically you would just extend the length by splicing on some additional cable onto the barrel wire (if short run needed) or replacing it entirely and using the input terminals on the back plate rather than the barrel.
