Is it possible to procure a replacement back mounting plate for the original IQ Remote?
Are you referring to the QW9104? Unfortunately we do not have any of those available, and the backplate is not sold separately to my knowledge. There may be some IQ Remotes available online sold for parts.
Where is the backplate damaged on yours, can it be repaired?
