Hello. I am currently renting a home with an installed IQ Panel 2. The previous residents of the home changed all the codes (default installed and dealer as well) so I cannot access the advanced settings of the panel. Is there anything else that I can do in order to see if my system is compatible with Surety so that I may begin using your service?

Do you have the Master User code (default 1234)? This can be used to find the IMEI number through programming by navigating to Setting > Advanced Settings > About > Cellular
The 15-digit IMEI number is printed on the back of the panel as welll.
The default codes for the panel are as follows:
Master User: 1234
Any one of these codes can be used to find the IMEI number.
If your panel is unregistered, you need to run a cell test in order to connect to service, which requires one of the above codes (Settings > Advanced Settings > System Tests > Cellular Test
Once the panel is connected to service, remote commands can be sent to change the Installer and Dealer codes.
There is no way to locally default codes without the current codes.
