I’d like to rename the system from the generic “My Surety System” to something more specific. Is it possible to do this? If so, how? I can’t seem to figure it out.
On the Alarm.com website go to Settings > Account Management > System Information
On the Alarm.com app open the menu and go to Account management > System Information
Both of them will have a box that says System Name. You can change it there.
