Removing z-wave device that is not powered anymore

Hello! I recently got rid of my MyQ garage door and door opener for a renovation. Previously it was connected to my IQ Panel 4/ Alarm.com accounts and working great. I’d like to remove the device from my app now permanently but since it’s not powered anymore, I don’t have the ‘remove device option’ for it in my manage devices menu.

Is there another way to do it (from the panel or app)? Thanks!

myQ devices can be added through Alarm.com via the end user, but they can only be removed via Alarm.com by the dealer at this time. I have sent commands to remove the hub/gateway at this time.

Please allow about 5 minutes for commands to take effect. You may need to log out of Alarm.com, then back in, to see this change.

For clarity, myQ Garage is not a Z-Wave device, so it is not cleared or paired like a Z-Wave device from the panel.
