Removing myQ from Alarm.com

I added my garage door to my Alarm.com account to see how well it integrates with my security; but it really only acts as a controller, nothing more. I realize I can’t remove this on my own. Could you help me remove the myQ hub from my Alarm.com account?

You are correct, your Alarm.com service provider would need to delete the MyQ device for you, that functionality is not available in the user website at this time.

I would be happy to help, but I do not see a Surety subscription tied to this account. Do you use Surety as your Alarm.com service provider? No one other than your current dealer would be able to view or interact with your account.
