removing devices

Having trouble removing 2 devices. Go Panel shows I removed them but not on Alarm.com.

Garage Side Door (lock)
Blank Master (switch)

Hmm, requested an equipment list update and one of those you mentioned shows as having been removed, the other does not. Can you confirm the “Blank Master” node no longer shows up when viewing all devices?

I removed the blank master again and it does not show on the panel. You fixed the lock and that is now gone…thanks
