How do I remove a ZWave lock no longer in my possession? We moved and left a lock behind and I can’t remove it from the panel or the Alarm.com interface. Node 11.
Thank you for naming the node ID, we have sent a command to delete that node. As long as the panel cannot communicate with the device, the command should be successful. Please allow 5 minutes or so for that to take effect.
