Remove Old Garage Door Openers

How do I remove 3 old garage door openers from my account? I have labeled them as “bad” in my device list.

Please advise.

Currently, the end user cannot remove MyQ devices directly from the associated Alarm.com account. They can only be removed from the account by the dealer.

I have gone ahead and sent commands to remove those three openers at this time. You will want to wait about five minutes or so for those commands to take effect.

You may need to logout out of your Alarm.com account, then back in, to see these changes take effect.
