Hello I have a new system with Alarm.com and I neglected to remove my camera’s MAC addresses from Vivint’s system before I migrated to my new provider. I have the old comm card I can install in the panel and I need to know how to remove my cameras from Vivint’s system before I put it in and try to remove the addresses. Any help would be most appreciated.
You need to login back into your old alarm.com account with your vivint credentials (vivint password and username), and delete/remove the cameras from the account.
