I’m having trouble with one of my cameras. It wouldn’t connect to my WiFi, so I tried to do a reset. I think I need to remove it from ADC and add it again. Can you remove the “Rear” camera? It doesn’t seem to want to be added as it is right now.
Happy to help! Yes, if you factory reset a camera, it will need to be deleted in order to be found and re-added to your account. I’ve gone ahead and deleted that for you, so you should be able to re-add it now.
You also have access to delete any cameras while logged into Alarm.com by navigating to Video > Settings > Video Device Info.
