System is not responding to commands from phone. Thermostat will not change temp, turn off, etc.
Is the thermostat the only component that is not accepting commands?
Are you able to arm and disarm through the mobile app? Are you able to send user codes, etc.?
We would need to determine if the issue is the remote connection, or locally, the Zwave network or the thermostat itself that is causing the issue.
**Update: Before you troubleshoot too much, I have noticed the issue here as well. I verified with Alarm.com there is an issue affecting commands sent to Alarm panels but it appears to not affect arming commands in any case.
