When I registered my IQ4 panel with Surety, it seemed to successfully register. My alarm.com account has been created and my panel is associated with it, but I’ve started getting emails from Surety saying that I have a subscription but I don’t have any systems connected yet.

When I go to the system manager page it tries to get me to register a panel, and I can’t register this panel because it says it’s already registered. What do I do?
