I recently made changes to my networking setup, during which the cameras went offline. I have completed that and now all of the cameras are back online and working better than ever, but the app is showing them as still being offline. Is there a quick way to have the app refresh the camera status?
Which cameras do you currently see an error for? I am not seeing offline status for most devices, but the SVR does show as not responding currently.
Related to the SVR there are a number of failed recording trouble conditions for cameras, curious if these are related to the status you see.
Is the SVR unplugged currently?
Ah, I get it now. Those failed recording notifications are related to the SVR. The SVR is indeed plugged in the moment. Not sure why it would be having trouble. Are you able to send a refresh signal?
Did the SVR previously have a static IP on your prior network?
It is failing pings and shows as disconnected. It currently cannot communicate with Alarm.com.
Double check that it is plugged into the network as well as powered.
What network changes were made? Do you have a new router?
Yes, it did previously have a static IP and I failed to set that up again after changing the router. That will probably fix the issue but will let you know if I am still having problems. Thanks as always for your help.
