I have a receptacle that states malfunction on alarm.com. I’m thinking that as a result it does not turn on and off at schedule times. Is there a way to reset this receptacle or do I have to replace it?
You might try running a network rediscovery at the panel first.
If that does not resolve the malfunction, try removing and re-adding the device to the panel.
Have you removed or moved any other Z-wave devices recently?
