Are you able to remotely reboot my GC3 panel? Systems Manager shows a message that says “It looks like your alarm system may be having communication troubles with Alarm.com. Please visit the support site for assistance with troubleshooting!”
If you are seeing that error that means you have a radio not responding trouble condition, this means the panel is not communicating at all, remote commands cannot be sent.
To troubleshoot, unplug the panel transformer, then open the GC3 panel and unplug the internal battery. Wait for at least two minutes. Then plug the battery back in, followed by the transformer.
After boot up, wait a few minutes then try a cell test.
