Radio Network Failure

Hello,

I am receiving an error “Console: Radio Modem Network Failure.” I was unable to control the system from my phone starting in the middle of the night. Is there an issue with Alarm.com or my system?

That error means your alarm panel’s cellular radio is not able to connect to the cellular network. I am seeing no trouble condition referenced in Alarm.com, which means it was a shorter temporary issue and two consecutive supervision pings were not missed.

Your signal strength looks fine, but with a handful of abrupt long connection times. If you notice an issue again I would recommend performing a short power down.

Unplug the 2GIG transformer from the wall outlet, then open the panel and unplug the battery. Wait at least two minutes with the panel powered down, then plug in the battery, close up the panel, and plug in the transformer.
