My Rachio Irrigation control is functioning on the app. However ADC states its not communicating with ADC
I am not showing this issue is currently being reported in Alarm.com but I do show that it was reporting a malfunction from 11/28 to 11/30. Is this still showing on the Alarm.com app? If so, try logging out then back in.
Typically when a malfunction like this occurs, check for remote control of the irrigation system and ensure the irrigation controller is on. You may need to power cycle the irrigation controller as well.
