Is the Remote Panel battery replaceable? Mine is dead.
If so what model battery?
Is there a current model Remote Panel? I don’t want to buy an old one and run into the same problem.
Qolsys does not sell a battery replacement for the IQ Remote, however just for clarity, it looks like your account with Surety is an IQ Panel 4. Did you recently switch to the IQ Panel 4? The QW9102 is an old model not compatible with the IQ Panel 4.
The QW9104 model IQ Remote is compatible.
The most recent model is the IQR-PG which is the PowerG + Wifi model IQ Remote.
