Questions on setup and app

I am currently trying to go ahead and set up the doorbell and finding trouble here too. It says to download an app, I believe I am supposed to download the alarm.com mobile tech app but when I do, it is asking for either a log in (which I don’t have but when I try to create one, it sends me to a website page shows three companies (not you) or to send me a list of providers in email. I can’t even create an account.
I wish we could talk instead of this back and forth messaging. Seems a time suck

Looks like this was addressed in a private message, but the IQ Panel does come with a little instruction page from Qolsys which includes references to alarm dealer tools like Alarm.com mobile tech.
