If there happens to be someone on my property that’s not supposed to be there is they a way I can trigger my powerg sirens without sending an alarm signal. Via alarm.com app or website.

You cannot just trigger a siren without an alarm, but there is an option called In App Panel Panic which you can enable if you have monitoring which will allow you to trigger a panic alarm at the panel.
This will send a panic alarm to the monitoring station.
