Hey Guys quick question I was telling a friend about you all and mentioned to them how my account is set up and was wanting to see if you all could tell me because she had asked if you all call on system low batterys or system maultifuctions and devices offline
General malfunctions can receive calls, but most notifications for events such as those are best handled through Alarm.com and can come by way of email, sms text, or push notification, immediately.
Can I have it set up on my account to do all these
Notifications for Malfunctions can be sent by Alarm.com. These are enabled under the Notifications tab -> System Event -> System Actions to Watch. You can choose the method by which they are sent by setting up recipients for that notification.
