Will a qolsys panel from different dealer be able to be monitored by suretycam? I don’t see any alarm.com cell modules for the panel

The cellular modules are integrated.
If you have installer access, and/or the cell module is unregistered/released then you can have any other ADC dealer monitor/takeover panel

Yes, Qolsys panels have an integrated module. Once your previous Alarm.com account is discontinued, the module should be available for use with any other dealer.
