Hello,
Is there a way to see on a Qolsys panel what frequency board it has In it? Like looking somewhere within Menu settings ? 319, 345, etc.
On the IQ Panel 2, 2+, and 4, there are a few ways to determine this. The part number on the back of the panel or on the box will dictacte the legacy radio installed.
You can also navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > About > Hardware > Part Number
Lastly, you can navigate to Settings > Advanced Settings > System Test > Daughter Card Test. You should see the legacy frequency on one of the test options.
Thanks Tyler. I will check your suggestions within Advance Setting menu.
If its an IQ Panel 2+ the part numbers are as follows:
319.5MHz and PowerG:
QS9201-1208-840 (Verizon)
QS9202-1208-840 (AT&T)
QS9207-1208-124 (Telus)
345MHz and PowerG:
QS9201-5208-840 (Verizon)
QS9202-5208-840 (AT&T)
QS9207-5208-124 (Telus)
433MHz and PowerG:
QS9201-4208-840 (Verizon)
QS9202-4208-840 (AT&T)
QS9207-4208-124 (Telus)
