BRINKS stopped offering the Live Motion cams last year or two. I only utilize the ATT Cell LTE chip and use NO WIFI.
These motion cams where the only reason I went with Live Watch / Brinks 10 years ago. Please tell me these motion detector / Still pic cams are still available and will connect with the iQ panel 4. ** These cams were replaced at BRINKS with just a motion detector! *** Note : I do not use wifi with my alarm ADC account and that has always worked well for me.
Sounds like you are referencing Image Sensors, like the one below. Is that correct?

Those devices are not compatible with the IQ Panel 4, IQ 4 Hub, or IQ Pro.
If you are looking for motion detection that takes still images, you could use the DSC PowerG PG9934P. The PowerG Camera detectors can upload alarm and Peek-in Now images to Alarm.com only.

Image Sensors like those made by Qolsys/Alarm.com (shown in the previous link) are not compatible with the Qolsys IQ Panel 4. The IQ Panel 4 does not have the radio card that allows it to communicate with those Image Sensors.
The PowerG Motion Detector with Camera devices like the one linked below can work with the IQ Panel 4.
