We recently upgraded our system to 4.6.1 (with an IQ Panel 4 and an IQ Remote PG) and the recently introduced silent disarm feature is great - except it beeps loudly once on the IQ Remote when “silent disarmed” from the IQ Panel 4, which is unfortunately upstairs and wakes everyone up. I’d think this should also be suppressed because the panel does this whether in quiet hours or not, but wanted to pass along the bug report.

I spoke to Qolsys about this and they said this function only works if your IQ Remote is connected to the panel with Wi-Fi. If you would like to switch to Wi-Fi, you will have to delete the keypad that is currently learned is with PowerG and learn in back in using Wi-Fi.
I did put in a request for this to function on both PowerG AND Wi-Fi.

How do you know if your IQ Remote is connected via WiFi or via PowerG?
I don’t have one in front of me to check but I looked at your account and it looks like yours is on Wi-Fi.
