Hello: We had originally set up audible alerts on the IQPanel to alert us in the home when a door opens (the panel chimes, then says “Front Door Opened” or “Door to Garage Opened,” etc.). Is there a way to enable/disable these audible alerts remotely via the Alarm.com app, or is it only possible to do physically from the IQPanel? Thank you!
Local sensor chime settings cannot be edited in the Alarm.com app at this time. Those would need to be edited within the sensor settings on the IQ Panel.
Settings > Advanced Settings > installer code > Installation > Devices > Security Sensors > Edit Sensor.
