Qolsys IQ4 with ADC T40K-HD Thermostat and ADC S40-T sensors

Hi support,

I installed an ADC T40K-HD Thermostat and 4 ADC S40-T remote temperature sensors. All the devices have been linked via Z-wave to my Qolsys IQ4 panel but the 4 ADC S40-T remote temperature sensors are marked as unpaired and I can’t find an option in my settings to pair them together.

Are you referring to using those sensors to average a current temperature in the home for the thermostat to follow?

You do that in the thermostats page in Alarm.com. Login to Alarm.com and click on the arrow on the thermostat card.

Hi Jason,

Thank you for the quick response. When I go to Alarm.com’s thermostat page, the icon isn’t appearing for me to select the sensors.

It looks like those are selectable for your schedules. Do you have your thermostats turned on? Make sure a mode is selected then check, do you see the option to select those sensors?
