Qolsys iq4 glass break false alarm

I just got a new iQ4 panel. I had an IQ2 panel before. I believe I had the internal glass break on on my old IQ and never received a false alarm. Anyways, today I received an alarm for a glass break activated on my panel. As far as I can tell, nothing should have tripped the sensor. I have several other IQ glass break sensors throughout my house. I have never had one go off except for when I drop something near by. In fact, near my panel I have a IQ glass break sensor and it did not get activated. I was wondering if these panel sensors are more sensitive and more prone to false alarms?

I’ve probably had a few more false alarm reports on the IQ Panel 4, but nothing significant. It may be a little more sensitive with a different Mic.

You can adjust the sensitivity down under that panel glass break zone settings. Sensitivity is an option on the left column when viewing that zone configuration on the panel.
