Qolsys IQ Panel 4 No Cell Service (safey1027)

If the above option failed, you can master reset by swiping down from the main screen > Settings > Advanced Settings > Dealer Code > Installation > Dealer Settings > Scroll all the way to the bottom and select Master Reset

It would be best if the account associated to the panel would post so we could look into the account settings and panel settings if connected to Wi-Fi.

This is the account that the Panel 4 is associated with that has the Cell Radio shut off on

Hello, looking at this account, the Alarm.com account for this subscription has not been activated on our website yet. Cell communication tests on the panel will fail as it is not registered to an account.

To complete activation, visit the system manager here, submit the form, then run the cell test when prompted. Does it connect for you?

The Account Setup has been completed. The Surety Logo is in the top rite hand corner.

The Cell radio still doesn’t have any signal bars. The Wi-Fi test was successful, However with 0/5 bars the Cell Test failed.

You can now log in and look at the settings.

Before other troubleshooting the first thing I would do is try updating the firmware. The panel is communicating and responding to commands from ADC so that is good and means you should be able to connect over broadband to download firmware.

Update to 4.5.2 using the steps in the link below. After the panel boots back up, wait 5 minutes and try another cell test.
