Qolsys IQ Panel 2 unknown Code

We just moved into a new building (renting) and the previous tenants left the alarm system, it is a Qolsys IQ Panel 2, and we are trying to reset it to defaults I took the panel from its place and got “Alarm panel tempered” and also got the red screen with “ALARM enter code to dismiss”, I do have Imei number printed on the 3G module inside, I do not have any code to dismiss the alarm, and there is no way to get in touch with a previous tenant they are gone how do I do now, is there any way to reset it and set everything up again? the building have multiple sensors and 4 cameras outside probably connected to the system. Can someone guide me on what do I do in order to put the system back to work again if it is possible of course

Existing sensors could be reused with a new panel. The cameras, as long as the old Alarm.com account was cancelled, those could be reused on a new account, however the panel in an alarm state requires a code to be disarmed.

On the off chance did they have a keyfob that was left with the system? That might be able to disarm it. You generally still need a user code however to access the menu and complete activation steps anyway, and there is no way to factory reset the panel without disarming the system first, then using the dealer code to access the reset option in the menu.

If that is a 319.5 Mhz version of the IQ Panel 2, the 319.5 Mhz versions of any of the panels here could reuse the existing sensors.
