I keep getting a timer expired on my front door after I arm and walk out. Any suggestions??
Is this related to a suretyDIY subscription? If so we would be able to look at history to verify events.
If not, to clarify, are you saying you are setting off false alarms because the countdown timer is expiring before you leave? If so you would want to extend exit delay.
You can do so by going to Settings > Advanced Settings > Installation > Security and Arming and adjusting Exit delay times.
If you are instead referring to remote commands timing out when you send a remote command, you would need to work with your current Alarm.com service provider to troubleshoot signaling trouble.
If you are referring to a different issue, please post a photo of any alerts or error messages you are seeing at the panel so that we may assist.
